Overview
Rudra Homoeopathy primarily provides professional healthcare consultation, educational resources, and related services. Consultation fees are charged for the professional time, expertise, clinical assessment, and guidance provided by the practitioner.
Medicines, where provided, are supplied without charge as a complimentary service and are not sold separately.
1. Consultation Fees
Consultation fees are charged solely for professional advice, case analysis, evaluation, clinical judgment, and healthcare guidance.
Once a consultation has been conducted, professional advice has been provided, case analysis has commenced, prescriptions have been prepared, or any healthcare service has been rendered, consultation fees shall be non-refundable.
2. Refund Requests Before Consultation
If a patient has made a payment but has not yet received a consultation and has not utilized any professional services, a refund request may be considered.
Approved refunds shall be processed after deduction of any non-refundable payment gateway charges, transaction fees, currency conversion charges, banking charges, platform fees, or other processing costs incurred by Rudra Homoeopathy.
For payments processed through Razorpay, Cashfree, PhonePe, Coinbase, Stripe, PayPal, or similar payment processors, any charges retained by such platforms may be deducted from the refundable amount.
3. Missed or Delayed Appointments
Patients are requested to attend consultations at the scheduled time.
If a patient joins late, misses an appointment, or is unavailable at the scheduled time, Rudra Homoeopathy may, at its sole discretion, reschedule the appointment or adjust the consultation to another available slot.
Refunds shall not be provided solely on the basis of a missed, delayed, or unattended appointment.
4. Pay What You Wish Consultations
Patients utilizing the “Pay What You Wish” consultation option may select an available appointment slot through the scheduling system.
However, the selected appointment slot only reserves an appointment and does not guarantee a specific consultation duration.
The duration, scope, depth, and extent of consultation provided under this initiative shall remain solely at the discretion of Rudra Homoeopathy.
5. International Payments
Patients residing outside India must use the appropriate international payment methods and payment channels provided by Rudra Homoeopathy.
Where payments are made through unauthorized methods, incorrect regional payment systems, VPNs, proxy servers, or other means that violate payment requirements, Rudra Homoeopathy reserves the right to cancel the transaction and refuse the booking.
Any applicable payment processing charges, gateway fees, currency conversion charges, or banking deductions may not be refundable.
6. Treatment Outcomes
Healthcare outcomes vary significantly among individuals.
Rudra Homoeopathy does not guarantee, warrant, or promise the cure of any disease, condition, or medical complaint.
No refund shall be issued solely because the desired clinical outcome, improvement, or cure was not achieved.
7. Packages, Memberships & Educational Access
Payments made for memberships, repositories, learning resources, educational programs, digital content, subscription plans, clinical guides, and consultation packages are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.
Exceptions, if any, shall remain solely at the discretion of Rudra Homoeopathy.
8. Refund Processing Time
Where a refund is approved, the refund shall be initiated to the original payment method used during purchase.
Depending upon the payment processor, bank, card issuer, country, and payment method, refunds may require 5–14 business days or longer to appear in the patient’s account.
9. Policy Changes
Rudra Homoeopathy reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or replace this Refund & Return Policy at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the latest version of this policy.
