Terms & Conditions

1. Referral-Based Patient Acceptance

We do not accept patients who seek to visit us directly without a referral from an existing patient. Only patients referred by our current or previously treated patients will be accepted for consultation.

If an appointment is booked without a valid referral, the payment amount will be refunded in full.

2. Import Regulations & Customs Compliance

It is the sole responsibility of the patient to verify whether homeopathic medicines are permitted by the customs, import, health, or regulatory authorities of their respective country.

Rudra Homoeopathy shall not be responsible for any delays, confiscations, restrictions, duties, taxes, penalties, or other actions imposed by customs or governmental authorities.

3. Medicine Dispatch & Delivery Methods

For online patients, medicines may be dispatched through Indian Postal Services wherever courier services are unavailable or impractical.

Delivery timelines may vary depending upon the destination country, customs procedures, postal authorities, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, or other factors beyond our control.

4. Treatment Philosophy, Prescriptions & Clinical Outcomes

Patients may enquire about prescribed medicines; however, detailed explanations regarding remedy selection, prescribing logic, materia medica analysis, repertorial considerations, constitutional assessment, or clinical reasoning may not be provided.

While homeopathy has the potential to assist in long-term healing, individual outcomes vary significantly depending upon multiple factors including disease pathology, patient compliance, lifestyle, environmental influences, genetics, and overall health status.

Accordingly, Rudra Homoeopathy does not guarantee or promise cure, improvement, or specific treatment outcomes.

5. Communication & Appointment Requests

We encourage patients to communicate through email whenever possible for appointment requests, follow-ups, reports, and treatment-related correspondence.

Email communication allows us to maintain accurate clinical records and ensures systematic management of patient information.

6. Appointment Attendance Responsibility

Patients are responsible for contacting us at the scheduled appointment time.

Failure to attend, delayed attendance, or inability to participate in the consultation at the scheduled time may require rescheduling subject to availability.

7. International Patient Classification & Applicable Fees

Indian nationals residing outside India or individuals who are tax residents of another country shall be classified as International Patients.

Accordingly, international consultation fees and policies shall apply.

Where necessary, patients may be requested to provide supporting documentation to verify their residency or tax status.

8. Accuracy of Patient Information

Online treatment inherently depends upon the information provided by the patient.

Although every effort is made to overcome the limitations of distance consultation through detailed case analysis, patients are expected to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information regarding:

• Present complaints

• Medical history

• Previous treatments

• Diagnostic reports

• Current medications

• Relevant lifestyle factors

Rudra Homoeopathy shall not be responsible for adverse consequences resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, or withheld information.

9. Emergency Medical Situations & Limitation of Online Care

One of the inherent limitations of online consultation is that the patient cannot be physically examined during an emergency situation.

In any acute, life-threatening, or emergency condition, patients are expected to immediately contact local emergency services, hospitals, physicians, or healthcare providers.

Rudra Homoeopathy and the attending physician shall not be responsible for any consequences, complications, delays, injuries, damages, disabilities, losses, or outcomes arising from medical emergencies requiring immediate physical intervention.

10. Homeopathic Medicines & Safety Information

Homeopathic medicines are prepared in highly diluted forms and are generally considered safe when used under appropriate professional guidance.

Patients are advised to use medicines only as directed and to consult qualified healthcare professionals whenever necessary.

11. Package Renewal & Expiration Policy

Patients enrolled in treatment packages are responsible for renewing their package within five (5) days of the renewal date.

Failure to renew within this period shall result in automatic cancellation of the package.

Cancelled packages shall not be reinstated or resumed.

12. Amendments to Terms of Use

Rudra Homoeopathy reserves the right to modify, amend, update, suspend, replace, or remove any portion of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the most current version of these terms.

13. Initial Consultation Process & Professional Fees

We acknowledge that our initial consultation fee may appear substantial.

However, it reflects the extensive professional time, expertise, analysis, and individualized attention involved in the consultation process.

The initial consultation generally includes:

• Detailed case-taking

• Comprehensive medical history review

• Evaluation of previous treatments

• Constitutional assessment

• Analysis of diagnostic reports

• Remedy selection and treatment planning

This process typically requires approximately one to two hours of dedicated professional time.

14. Accessibility of Care, Pay What You Wish Initiative & Refund Policy

At Rudra Homoeopathy, we believe that financial limitations should not become a barrier to receiving healthcare guidance.

Patients experiencing genuine financial hardship may request consideration under our “Pay What You Wish” consultation initiative or other assistance programs that may be introduced from time to time.

Approval, eligibility, and the extent of any such assistance shall remain solely at the discretion of Rudra Homoeopathy.

The “Pay What You Wish” initiative is intended to assist deserving individuals facing genuine financial difficulty and shall not be considered an entitlement or guaranteed service.

Patients may select an available appointment slot through the scheduling system; however, the selected slot only reserves an appointment and does not guarantee any specific consultation duration.

The duration, scope, depth, and extent of consultation provided under this initiative shall remain solely at the discretion of Rudra Homoeopathy.

Refund Requests Before Consultation

If a patient has made a payment but has not yet received a consultation and has not utilized any professional services, a refund request may be considered.

Approved refunds shall be processed after deduction of any non-refundable payment gateway charges, platform fees, transaction fees, currency conversion charges, banking charges, taxes, or other processing costs incurred by Rudra Homoeopathy.

For payments processed through Razorpay, Cashfree, PayU, PhonePe, Coinbase, Stripe, PayPal, or similar payment processors, any charges retained by such platforms may be deducted from the refundable amount.

Refund Requests After Consultation

Once a consultation has been conducted, professional advice has been provided, case analysis has commenced, prescriptions have been prepared, medicines have been dispensed, reports have been reviewed, or any healthcare service has been rendered, consultation fees and service charges shall be non-refundable.

No refund shall be issued solely because the desired clinical outcome, improvement, or cure was not achieved.

By booking a consultation or utilizing our services, patients acknowledge and agree to these terms.

15. Governing Law, Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

All disputes, claims, legal proceedings, controversies, or matters arising directly or indirectly from the use of this website, consultations, services, memberships, educational repositories, subscriptions, products, or any related transactions shall be governed exclusively by the laws applicable in India.

The competent courts situated in District Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all such matters.

Any legal action initiated outside this jurisdiction shall be considered improper and subject to dismissal to the fullest extent permitted by law.
