1. We do not accept patients who seek to visit us directly without a referral from an existing patient. Only patients referred by our current or previously cured patients will be accepted for consultation. If an appointment is booked without a valid referral, the payment amount will be refunded in full.
2. It is the responsibility of the patient to check if the homeopathic medicines are allowed by the custom department in their country.
3. For online patients, medicines will be sent by Indian postal services, to the places where the courier service is not possible.
4. The patient can enquire about the prescribed medication, but no explanations will be provided for the prescriptions. Homoeopathy can cure a disease permanently but we do not claim the same as it completely depends upon the patient and his lifestyle.
5. We will appreciate if patients can preferably e-mail us to ask for an appointment or in case of any need/help, as communicating via e-mails, allows us to maintain the treatment records in a much systematic manner.
6. The patient has to call us at the time of the appointment that has been scheduled for them.
7. Indian nationals, who are residing outside India or are tax payee in any other country, will be treated as an International patient and hence the treatment charges for the International patients will be applicable. In case of any doubt, the patient /parent will be requested to send the proof for the same.
8. Certain limitations are involved in an online treatment hence we are also dependent on the information provided by the patient. Although we try to bridge all the limitations by intensive case analysis. Therefore, we expect the patients to provide us with the detailed information regarding the disease, history of disease, the medicines currently being used.
9. The biggest limitation in online treatment is that in case of any emergency, we will not be able to examine the patient. Hence, we expect the patient to take a proactive role in treating the acute emergency condition by contacting the local hospital. In such a scenario our clinic (attending physician) will not be responsible for eventuality or consequences resulting from any such eventuality.
10. Homeopathic medicines are highly diluted and do not cause any side effects if taken under guidance.
11. Your package will be canceled in case you do not pay for the renewal of package within Five (5) days of renewal date. Package will not be resumed at any cost.
12. The Terms of use can be changed at any given time without any prior notice.
13. We acknowledge that our initial consultation fee may appear substantial; nevertheless, it corresponds to the exhaustive and time‑intensive nature of the process. During this preliminary consultation, the patient undergoes a comprehensive inquiry encompassing detailed case‑taking, collection of medical antecedents, and meticulous selection of an appropriate remedy in accordance with the elicited information. The entire procedure ordinarily extends over one to two hours.
14. Should our consultation fee be deemed excessive, you are at liberty to seek medical attention elsewhere.
15. All legal proceedings, disputes, or claims arising out of or in connection with the use of this website or our services shall fall exclusively under the jurisdiction of the competent courts located in District Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, India. Any legal action initiated from outside this jurisdiction shall be deemed invalid and unenforceable.
